I think I know which song is the first single but I’m not sure so I can’t tell you. I’ll give you some hints, though. It’s one word, starts with a T, ends with an R and contains twelve letters. You should be able to figure it out because you’re smart li’l Weezer fans.

The album is meaty, crunchy and melodic like a good Weezer album should be.

Peace out,

Rivera”

Let’s hope that he’s telling the truth about the new album being “meaty, crunchy and melodic”, because I don’t think that the band has made a solid album since Pinkerton. It originally appeared on L.A. radio station KROQ’s 1999 Christmas compilation; but it also appeared on imports of the band’s 2001 self titled album, aka The Green Album and I think it was also a single. Basically, it’s what we’ve come to expect from Rivers Cuomo; him being alone. However, this time poor Rivers is left beside the Christmas tree all by himself. I know what Rivers needs for Christmas…a hug. It’s still a cool song. Basically, this is 18 track compilation of demos by Cuomo from 1992 to like 2005. Most of the material is taken from Weezer’s early days, outtakes/demos from The Blue Album and Pinkerton; which is very good, because Pinkerton is hand’s down Weezer’s best album.
